As Senior General Manager Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), the incumbent will spearhead initiatives to foster an inclusive culture, champion diversity, and drive strategies that ensure equitable opportunities across the organization. The role entails developing policies, programs, and practices to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization.
You will work closely with leadership teams, HR, and business units to align DEI strategies with business objectives and foster a culture where every individual feels valued and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive D&I strategy aligned with the organization's mission and business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate D&I principles into business strategies, decision making processes, and corporate culture.
Policy & Program Development:- Design and implement policies, training programs, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of D&I programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop diverse hiring strategies and eliminate biases in recruitment processes.
Talent Acquisition & Development:- Partner with Learning & Development teams to create training programs that build cultural competence and inclusive leadership.
Metrics & Reporting:- Establish and track D&I metrics to measure progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to identify gaps in diversity and inclusion across departments.
Employee Engagement:- Foster employee resource groups (ERGs) and mentorship programs that support underrepresented groups.
- Develop communication strategies to promote awareness and celebrate diversity within the organization.
External Representation:- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and community initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Build relationships with external organizations to support D&I efforts and benchmark best practices.

Education:- Master's degree in Human Resources (Full-time) mandatory
Experience:- 18+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on diversity and inclusion.
