Job Brief: If you are passionate about attracting, hiring & nurturing young talent from Campus, then this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build & execute a yearlong Engagement plan for Management & Engineering Campuses

- Manage campus engagements & branding as well as pre-joining communications

- Build a strong employer brand for Reliance on campuses via our social media handles

- Continuously research and look for avenues to propel our Brand Value Proposition to young talent across campuses

- Merchandise planning & execution through liaison with vendors (design & execution)

Campus Strategy & Planning:

- Design and implement a robust campus recruitment strategy for hiring for Management Trainees (MTs) Graduate Engineer Trainee (GETs).

- Identify priority institutions (Tier 1/2 Management/Engineering schools) in line with business requirements.

- Coordinate with HR leaders and line managers to forecast demand and create hiring plans by location and function.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Own the recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, scheduling, assessments, panel coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.

- Drive usage of structured assessment tools (technical tests, aptitude tests, psychometrics) aligned to plant roles and functional skill needs.

- Program Partnership & Talent Integration.

Market Intelligence:

- Track campus hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

- Recommend innovations in selection processes and engagement formats to stay competitive.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):

- Good communication skills & stakeholder management

- Social Media Marketing

- Good Organizational skills

- Passion for branding, social media & engagement with young talent

- Creative bent of mind & interest in events / branding

Qualifications and Experience:

1. MBA preferably in HR

2. 2 to 5 years of experience (preferably in Campus Branding / Resourcing / Engagements / Events)

Additional Information:

Should be willing to work from office- Navi Mumbai

Should be willing to travel to campuses as needed
