Role: Lead - Business Excellence Responsibilities: - Designing the Business Excellence Strategy at Reliance Health and create business impact (financial as well as non-financial) with the help of best in class metrics. - Drive an aggressive program towards mapping the entire cycle of service & moments of truth, identifying & deploying service metrics to enhance customer loyalty, and hence strong customer satisfaction. - Drive a detailed program of establishing a strong service culture within the organization by deploying mystery shopping programs, measurement of CSAT / DSAT scores, and globally acclaimed service training programs. - Identifying the right metrics, and the process for gathering them, as well as analyzing and reporting internal and external SLAs. - You will conduct allocation & direct mentoring of key improvement projects - Regular review Green Belt projects & PDCA projects on the PMP model - Disseminate CSAT / DSATresults with the team, take necessary corrective actions, monitor progress and conduct reviews with relevant departments - Own the ISO certification process(es) for the company.
