Reliance Group - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Battery Business

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in the Battery Business. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, a strong understanding of technical and commercial hiring, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across technical, commercial, and support functions.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing channels including job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and campus engagements.

- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the energy and battery industry.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations throughout the recruitment process.

- Support HR in manpower planning, succession planning, and talent market mapping.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

- 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or energy-related industries.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping techniques.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
