Collaborate with central SAP HR team for the same. - HR Commercials : Annual planning and monthly tracking of HR budgets across the organization a. Ownership for people cost, cost centres. b. People cost controls through SAP HR c. Collaborate with finance team, including CFO - HR Analytics & MIS support to internal stakeholders, both, standard and adhoc reports - HR technology/Automation : Run HR operations, paper free/reduce manual effort/bring in scale through automation - MDM : Master data controls for 100% accuracy - HR Audits : facilitating Internal & external HR audits. Monthly HR ops efficiency audit - Program management of new business integration - Program manage HRIS transition and Payroll migration Desired Skills : - SAP HR knowledge at super user level (PA, OM & C&B modules) - Ability to synthesize/analyze data - Numerical Orientation - Process Orientation / SoP compliance - HR Tech orientation and understanding - Working knowledge of Compensation structures, Payroll and Taxation - Good Written & Oral communication - Focus on Accurate and Quality Desired Personality traits : - Good Interpersonal Skills & Good listening skills - Patient/Resilient & Go-Getter/Self starter - Strong Stakeholder management skills - Service orientation
