Desired Profile:

We are looking for a competent registered Indian Patent Agent & TM Attorney. Someone who is self-motivated with a high sense of accountability and willing to work long hours if work demands.

Technical Skills:

Patent:

- Conducting patent prior art searches.

- Drafting patent specifications in the various disciplines of science/engineering/ technology.

- Worked on Novelty/ FTO searches, analysis and preparing report.

- Should have worked on providing opinion to clients regarding patentability, overcome objections raised in Office Actions.

- Filing and prosecution of patent applications preferably for all branches including preparing of technical responses, attending hearings and filing written submissions.

- Working on Opposition and Dispute cases.

Trademark:

- Handling trademark applications from searches (with opinion) till registration; post registration procedures; oppositions and rectifications.

- Managing trademark portfolios, docketing, and routine client follow-ups.

- Providing opinions on registrability and oppositions.

- Attending official hearings at the Trademark Registry for both prosecution and opposition proceedings.

- Monitoring and following up with Trademark Registries for requests filed during pre-registration and post-registration stages.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing of patent portfolio and utilization of skills mentioned above.

- Managing trademark portfolio and utilization of skills mentioned above.

- Managing and corresponding with international clients.

- Undertake research and analysis.

- Timely completion of work / deliverables assigned by Seniors with 100% accuracy.
