Relationship Manager - Working Capital

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-bank WC clients (turnover up to 100 Cr) via market insights, networking & references.

- Portfolio Management: Build, manage & deepen relationships to drive engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

- Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes aligned with credit policies.

- Sanction & Coordination: Work closely with credit teams for approvals and collaborate with clients to provide suitable WC solutions.

- Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, limit adherence, documentation accuracy & monitor early warning signals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- 3 - 12 years of experience in corporate/SME/ME banking.

- Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.

- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

- Proven ability to drive business and manage risk effectively
