We are looking for a Relationship Manager - Small & Emerging Corporate to acquire and manage relationships with mid-sized corporate clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, structuring credit solutions, and ensuring end-to-end relationship management - from proposal to disbursal and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new corporate clients and assess creditworthiness.
- Build strong referral networks with partners, CAs, and DSAs to ensure a healthy business pipeline.
- Understand clients' financial needs and propose suitable credit and banking solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships in the Emerging Corporate segment.
- Cross-sell banking products to enhance client value and portfolio profitability.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
- Structure customized credit facilities such as working capital, overdrafts, term loans, and structured finance.
- Prepare Term Sheets and Proposal Notes and coordinate internal approvals.
- Assess client risk, monitor financial performance, and manage collections.
- Drive portfolio growth and achieve revenue targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
- Monitor portfolio health and ensure compliance with risk and credit policies.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to all audit, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Manage documentation, disbursal, and reporting in line with company standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of corporate lending, credit assessment, and financial analysis
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of working capital finance and term loan products
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
