As a Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group (PBG) , you will play a key role in providing personalized wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs. The role demands a deep understanding of financial products, an ability to offer customized solutions, and the capability to build strong and enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire high-net-worth clients (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Understand client financial goals and tailor wealth management solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop a personalized portfolio strategy for clients in line with their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment horizon.
Portfolio Management & Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on investment products, asset allocation, estate planning, and retirement planning.
- Monitor clients' portfolios, track their performance, and suggest timely rebalancing or restructuring as needed.
- Offer insights into market trends, investment opportunities, and economic developments to enhance client decision-making.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Cross-sell the bank's products such as mutual funds, structured products, insurance, fixed income, and more.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive relationship management and achieving business targets.
- Monitor and manage the overall PBG business performance, focusing on enhancing profitability.
