The position is responsible for acquiring new clients in the Mid Corporate segment, managing key relationships, structuring customized credit solutions, and driving portfolio growth through cross-selling and superior client engagement. The role also involves financial analysis, compliance adherence, and achieving business profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Lead efforts to identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the Mid Corporate segment.
- Build a strong pipeline through market research, referrals, and partnerships with Channel Partners and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to expand business reach.
- Convert prospects into long-term, profitable client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Understand client business models, financial needs, and growth objectives to provide tailored financial solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and drive revenue growth within existing relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery.
Deal Structuring:
- Collaborate with clients to design and structure financial deals aligned with their business needs.
- Prepare and present well-analyzed proposals, term sheets, and recommendations for internal approvals and client discussions.
Credit Solutions:
- Offer a comprehensive range of credit products, including working capital facilities, term loans, overdrafts, and structured financing.
- Evaluate creditworthiness, assess financial risks, and recommend appropriate credit limits and structures.
Portfolio Growth:
- Drive portfolio expansion by acquiring new business and cross-selling financial products and services.
- Achieve assigned business goals, including Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income targets.
- Maintain high-quality asset performance through regular monitoring and timely collections.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze client financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess business health and risk exposure.
- Generate insights and strategic recommendations to optimize client portfolios and support growth.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure strict adherence to all audit, regulatory, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold process integrity throughout the client lifecycle.
