About the Role:
The Relationship Manager LAS will be responsible for developing the Loan Against Securities business across assigned and surrounding locations. The role focuses on building and managing a strong client book, driving Net AUM growth, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering a superior customer experience. The incumbent will also contribute to expanding market visibility and revenue generation through multiple financial products linked to LAS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Acquire new clients and channel partners on a monthly basis
- Drive sales activities through self-sourcing and channel-based acquisition
- Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement
Revenue and AUM Growth:
- Build and manage the book of business to deliver sustained Net AUM growth
- Maintain required pricing standards and support revenue generation
- Build and grow the net AR book through consistent client acquisition and engagement
Product Sales and Funding Solutions:
- Manage and grow Loan Against Securities business
- Drive sales and client engagement across the following products
- Mutual Fund sales
- IPO Funding
- Margin Trade Funding
- Promoter Funding
- Wealth Management solutions
- ESOP Funding
Risk Management and Portfolio Monitoring:
- Monitor client portfolios and ensure timely margin regularization
- Manage risk parameters in line with internal policies and guidelines
Market Expansion and Visibility:
- Initiate and execute activities to increase business visibility in cities with low market presence
- Develop local networks and partnerships to support regional business growth
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, lending, or financial services
- Strong understanding of Loan Against Securities and related financial products
- Proven ability to acquire clients and manage relationships effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
