Role Overview:

Role Summary: Regional Workplaces Manager

The Regional Workplaces Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end workplace operations across multiple sites within a region, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and employee experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy

- Align workplace operations with business objectives and regional strategy.

- Lead, mentor, and manage teams while driving continuous improvement and change initiatives

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver operational excellence

- Engage and influence stakeholders, including leadership, vendors, and partners

2. Operations & Facilities Management

- Oversee front-of-house services (reception, meeting support, AV, security, cleaning)

-Ensure compliance with policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements

- Manage vendors and contractors, including performance monitoring and service delivery

- Optimise space utilisation to support hybrid and flexible work models

3. Sustainability & ESG

-Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and waste reduction

- Track and report ESG metrics and environmental performance

4. Risk, Safety & Compliance

- Manage workplace safety, emergency planning, and evacuation procedures

- Oversee security systems and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations

5. Financial Management

- Own and manage regional budgets, cost optimisation, and financial performance

-Handle procurement processes, invoicing, and vendor negotiations

Required Skills & Experience

a. 8+ years of experience managing multi-site workplace/facilities operations across regions (India/APAC preferred)

b. Strong knowledge of building systems, facilities management, and operational best practices

c. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global environment

d. Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets

e. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

f. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs

g. Solid understanding of compliance, health, and safety standards
