Regional Training Manager - Construction Chemical Industry

Job Responsibilities:

A. Functional:

- Publish training calendar plan and delivery of training for applicators and their supervisors and technicians for across CC divisions.

- Networking with industry platforms and associations to organize joint activities.

- Organize training and engagement activities with external stakeholders (KA engineers, Influencers, DFPDs, Practising Engineers) in coordination with the business team.

- Deliver technical training sessions on demand from business teams in special events and engineer / architect meets.

- Technical guidance and support to CCR field teams on leakage detection for complaint handling and troubleshooting complex project sites

B. Administrative:

- Manage records of all training and engagement activities

- Preparation of monthly reports and review of training activities with business team

- Product Management / Technical Services / Project Category

- Based at Mumbai with proficiency in speaking in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati

- Good Communication and Presentation Skill - Computer Proficient for making presentations, reports on excel, word etc..

- Good Market Exposure with Builders, Consultants, Architects, EPC Contractors etc.

Technical skill if any:

- Waterproofing and Building Materials Exposure plus Training Management
