Key Responsibilities: - Planning and influencing the GT Rural Business and influencing the Rural Market Share : - To identify the categories , plan and give shape to interventions to increase the Rural MS. - Keep a constant tab on the quality of execution thru regular audits - Work in close association with the brand teams to promote the right portfolio mix - Ensure the right quality of Rural Distributors to drive revenue extraction from target markets - Planning and influencing the GT Rural Business and influencing the Rural ND : - To influence the width and the depth of the Rural distribution. Keep track of Brand Distribution matrices in Rural. - Drive Direct Distribution in Rural as per AOP ambition in target markets - Drive Village Coverage Agenda as per plan - Keep a constant tab on the quality of execution thru regular audits - Drive Outlet retention as per AOP plan Programme Management : - Astute programme management to drive Rural Business as per Quarterly Operating Plan - Timely Closures of all monthly activities around Rural Programmes like incentives disbursement, target setting, communication etc Projects : - To drive AOP S&D projects pertaining to Rural Markets as per timeline and with close liasioning with Cross functional and region teams.
