We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Tractor Sales division in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven experience in channel sales and dealer management, with a strong understanding of the agricultural machinery industry and the Gujarat market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth in Gujarat.

- Manage and expand the dealer network, ensuring effective dealer engagement and performance.

- Drive channel sales initiatives, including dealer recruitment, training, and motivation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and product launches.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements :

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in channel sales and dealer management, preferably in tractor or agricultural machinery sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer networks.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Gujarat agricultural market and dealer landscape.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
