Regional Sales Manager - Secured/Unsecured Lending Business

- Drive sales targets for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Unsecured Business Loans.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area/Branch Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.

- Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.

- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

- Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

- Track competition and market trends.

- Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
