What You'll Do:
- Drive Channel Partnerships: Build, expand, and empower a network of dealers and distributors; set targets, co-develop forecasts, and ensure incentive alignment.
You Need to Have:
- 8-10+ years in B2B sales in tech/hardware/software, with minimum 6 years managing channel-led models.
- Proven record selling interactive displays, SaaS, or collaboration tech.
- Deep relationships across school boards, higher-ed institutions, corporate IT procurement in Karnataka.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and pipeline management skills.
- Prepared to travel 100%.
