The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building a high-performing team, and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of IT sales professionals - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve top-line and bottom-line profitability - Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners - Manage and develop existing customer accounts - Forecast and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets - Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient deal flow - Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success - Experience selling IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, networking solutions) to corporate, institutional, and government clients - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, backup, and security) - Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners (OEMs, distributors) - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethics
