The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development across assigned regions. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets for cybersecurity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales and B2B sales for cybersecurity solutions
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (hunter role)
- Develop and manage key accounts and major client relationships
- Establish and maintain strong connections with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience in product-based cybersecurity organizations
- Strong track record in enterprise and B2B sales
- Experience in key account and major account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
