Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory & Business Management
- Manage and drive business across the assigned region (Maharashtra & Gujarat).
- Leverage strong understanding of the interventional cardiology space to grow market presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with top interventional cardiologists.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers and Patient Counsellors.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and smooth execution of ground activities.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement corrective action plans.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Strengthen relationships with cardiologists and promote LDHs DTx programme.
- Present programme benefits effectively to doctors and clinical teams.
- Ensure visibility, adoption, and advocacy of the digital therapy programme.
4. Patient Lead Management
- Oversee generation of patient leads through counselling and doctor referrals.
- Ensure high conversion rates from leads to paid subscriptions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance, growth metrics, and regional insights.
- Develop action plans to address gaps and maximize revenue potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Cardio segment with deep connections among interventional cardiologists.
- 2-3 years experience as an RSM (preferred) or Sr. ASM in Pharma / Devices / Digital Therapeutics, with people management responsibilities.
- Excellent understanding of the interventional cardio ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and the regional language.
- Strong communication, team management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
