Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and revenue generation within the South India region.

- Lead the acquisition and delivery of HR consulting assignments, including HR strategy development, leadership development, and training needs analysis.
- Identify and participate in key HR and industry forums to strengthen market presence and professional networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South India in alignment with overall business strategy.
- Achieve sales targets, ensure timely and effective project delivery, and maintain high standards of service quality across South India.
- Foster strategic partnerships with professional bodies and organizations to expand market reach and enhance business growth.
