Regional Sales Head North | Building Materials / Raised Flooring Solutions

Location: North India

Our client, a leading organization in the building materials and interior solutions space, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head - North to drive business growth and market leadership across the Northern region.

The role will be responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with architects, PMCs, consultants, contractors and corporates, while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales growth and market expansion across North India

- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans

- Identify and convert new customers and untapped market segments

- Build strong relationships with architects, PMCs, consultants, contractors and corporate clients

- Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team

- Ensure strong pipeline generation, forecasting and revenue delivery

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of sales experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles

- Strong exposure to building materials, construction, interiors or raised flooring industry

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets

- Strong network within the North India architecture, PMC and construction ecosystem

- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and team leadership skills

- MBA preferred

Candidates with strong market connect and experience in driving strategic growth across North India will be preferred.
