We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our business growth within the critical Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU), and Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. This is a strategic role within one of the fastest-growing Tech Solution Providers, demanding a seasoned sales professional capable of managing large, complex accounts and navigating intricate procurement landscapes.
Location : Delhi
Required Experience
Minimum 12+ years of professional working experience, with a significant track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly within the target sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Expansion
- Lead and expand the company's market presence and revenue generation across the Government, PSU, and BFSI sectors within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue large, strategic sales opportunities, driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Strategic Account Management
- Act as a seasoned sales leader and primary relationship owner for key accounts within the target sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with government stakeholders, key decision-makers in PSUs, and executive leadership in BFSI organizations.
- Drive product and solution adoption by deeply understanding customer needs and positioning the company's technology offerings effectively.
Procurement & Partnerships
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of government procurement processes, including familiarity with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and relevant tenders.
- Lead the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) management lifecycle, ensuring timely, compliant, and highly competitive submissions.
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships with essential external parties, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), System Integrators (SIs), and other channel partners to jointly pursue and secure business.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- Sector Expertise: Proven, in-depth experience selling technology solutions specifically into the Government, PSU, and BFSI sectors in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in large-deal negotiation, territory planning, and complex solution selling.
- RFP Management: Extensive hands-on experience in managing and winning large-scale RFPs and tenders, with an understanding of the associated legal and compliance requirements.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisory relationships and influence outcomes with senior-level government officials and corporate executives.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide internal teams (pre-sales, legal, etc.) throughout the sales cycle.
