Regional Passive Sales Manager - Mutual Fund Industry - (core AMC Sales)

Experience: 8-10 years of core AMC Sales

Designation: Sr. AVP / VP

Qualification: Postgraduate (CFA/CFP preferred) | NISM 5A mandatory

We're looking for passionate professionals to drive growth of Passive Funds (ETFs & Index Funds) across zones. The role involves developing business through National & Regional Distributors, Banks, RIAs, Wealth Managers, PMS, PFs, Broking Platforms, and Family Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve Passive Fund sales targets (Net Sales, SIPs, Distributor Activation).

- Drive zonal strategy, distributor enablement, and key account development.

- Act as subject matter expert for Passive Products - conduct product trainings, webinars & market updates.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.

- Ensure compliance, governance, and excellent service standards.

Competencies & Attributes:

- Strong knowledge of ETFs / Index Funds

- Excellent relationship management with Banks, NDs & Wealth Partners

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on sales approach

- Strong communication & leadership skills
