His primary responsibility is business development in the region/state. We need to add more IFA (Individual Financial Advisors) / Business partners, active and motivate the existing partners for business, do various activities to generate leads for recruitment of new partners, to handle all branches in his region. He is overall responsible for the region/state. - He has to do business with Investment Products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, ETFs, loans against Securities etc. AND the Business Targets will be Recruitment of IFA, Sales of Investment Products through IFAs, activation of IFAs, etc. Job Description for Chandigarh RM: - Team Mentoring: Ensuring that the team is well equipped with technical investment product knowledge. Do business planning with the team and ensure it is executed as planned. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets. - Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of IFA / Business Partners / POSP, Partner activation & Product Sales are met on a month-on-month basis. - Team Review: Motivate the team to follow the Sales process & review it at regular intervals. - Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including AMC, Insurance companies, etc. - Branch Compliance: Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in coordination with the Head office.
