Regional Manager - Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Site Operations Management:

- Manage more than 6 warehouses / fulfilment centers in a region

- Drive daily throughput (B2C + B2B orders), TAT, and productivity

- Standardize SOPs across sites

2. E-commerce Fulfilment Excellence:

- Oversee pick-pack-ship, returns, kitting, labeling

- Handle peak sale events (BBD, festive spikes) with zero escalation

- Maintain order accuracy >99.5%

3. Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Direct interface with D2C brands / key accounts

- Own client SLAs, escalations, and retention

- Drive continuous improvement / automation discussions

4. Cost & P&L Ownership:

- Optimize cost per order, manpower productivity, space utilization

- Drive lean operations / VAVE in warehousing

- Control shrinkage, damages, and returns cost

5. Team Leadership:

- Manage Warehouse Managers + 200-1000 manpower (3PL + blue collar)

- Build strong mid-layer leadership pipeline

- Drive performance culture

6. Technology & Process Excellence:

- Work with WMS, OMS, TMS systems

- Drive automation (conveyors, sorters, barcode systems)

KPI's:

- Order fulfillment TAT

- Cost per order

- Inventory accuracy

- SLA adherence

- Client NPS

- Warehouse productivity (UPH)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-14 years in 3PL / E-commerce / FMCG warehousing

- Experience in multi-warehouse or cluster management

Strong exposure to:

- E-commerce fulfilment

- High SKU complexity

- Automation/WMS

- Managed large manpower (500+)

- Prefer from fast-paced, high-volume operations
