Key Responsibilities

- This includes conducting continuous market mapping to identify high-potential areas, maintaining an in-depth understanding of competitive activity, and forecasting future expansion needs through detailed market analysis.
- A major focus will be on driving profitable expansion through strategic lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, and building strong relationships with property owners, developers, and commercial real estate networks.
- You will also play a key role in strengthening the franchise network, fostering collaborative partnerships that support sustainable growth.
- This role requires establishing robust processes and systems for tracking expansion activities, maintaining structured documentation, and conducting regular reviews to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 10 years of proven experience in retail business development, real estate acquisition, or leasing within the retail, apparel, or lifestyle sector.
- Strong market mapping, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to forecast market potential, analyze competition, and identify profitable opportunities.
- Experience in franchise management and expansion planning will be an added advantage.
