Innorenovate is hiring for one of its Global Client into HR Consulting domain.
Position Summary :
We are looking for a highly driven and well-networked Regional Manager to lead business development, strategic client acquisition, sponsorship sales, and revenue growth for the North India market. The ideal candidate should come with strong existing relationships across Northern India with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Management Heads, L&D Heads, and HR decision-makers, along with a proven ability to open doors, build consultative partnerships, and drive high-value B2B engagements.
A key aspect of this role will involve driving business growth for HR advisory, leadership development, learning, employee engagement, and people transformation solutions. The role will also involve generating sponsorship revenue for our conferences, leadership forums, HR summits, and flagship events by building strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations and solution providers.
This role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, strategic account management, sponsorship sales, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement within the HR consulting and leadership development ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth :
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and sponsorship sales.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across our advisory and leadership practice solutions including :
i. Leadership Development
ii. Executive Coaching
iii. HR Advisory & Consulting
iv. Employee Engagement Solutions
v. Culture Transformation Initiatives
vi. Learning & Development Interventions
vii. Assessment & Development Centres
viii. Capability Building Programs
ix. DEI and Future of Work Initiatives
x. HR Strategy and Organizational Development Projects
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise clients through proactive networking, referrals, market outreach, and relationship-led selling.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to create business opportunities and accelerate market penetration.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales, sponsorship, and profitability targets for the region.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing accounts.
2. Sponsorship Sales & Strategic Partnerships :
- Drive sponsorship sales for our conferences, HR summits, roundtables, leadership forums, certifications, and flagship events.
- Identify and onboard organizations interested in showcasing their brand, solutions, and thought leadership to the HR community.
- Develop customized sponsorship pitches and partnership opportunities aligned with client branding and business objectives.
- Build relationships with HR solution providers, consulting firms, technology organizations, learning platforms, and enterprise brands for long-term sponsorship partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal event and marketing teams to maximize sponsor visibility, engagement, and overall event experience.
3. Strategic Relationship Management :
- Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Management Heads, L&D Heads, HR Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Position us as a trusted strategic partner for leadership, talent, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Lead consultative discussions to understand client business challenges and propose customized people and business solutions.
- Ensure high client retention, engagement, and long-term account growth.
4. Market Development & Brand Visibility :
- Develop and execute regional market expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Represent us at HR forums, leadership conferences, networking platforms, and industry events.
- Build partnerships with professional bodies, HR communities, and industry associations to enhance market visibility and business reach.
- Identify and leverage speaking, networking, and thought leadership opportunities to strengthen our positioning in the market.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging client needs to identify new growth opportunities.
5. Internal Collaboration & Execution Excellence :
- Collaborate closely with internal consulting, delivery, event, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Work with practice teams to create customized client solutions and strategic proposals.
- Provide market intelligence and client insights to support solution innovation and service enhancement.
- Maintain strong governance on pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence in managing the region.
