Regional Legal Head - Real Estate

Our client, a leading real estate developer is looking for Senior legal professionals with a PQE of 10-15 years and extensive experience in Real Estate contracts, RERA documentation and compliance, dispute resolution, title due diligence, and property acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all legal matters (litigation and non-litigation) for the Mumbai region

- Draft, review, and manage all contracts and legal documentation

- Handle RERA documentation, registration, and ongoing compliance

- Provide end-to-end legal support across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution

- Conduct title due diligence and manage legal due diligence for property acquisitions and redevelopment projects, in coordination with external counsel

- Review and advise on financing documents

- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and maintain related databases/MIS

- Coordinate and strategize litigation matters, including pleadings, filings, and representation before relevant forums

- Advise and guide internal stakeholders on legal issues
