Work Timings : 9 AM - 6 PM , 5 days
Experience : 11+ yrs
Education : Regular Graduate + PG in HR or similar
Knowledge Required : Statutory Compliance ; Labor Laws ; Employee life cycle management activities
Job Purpose
Partner with regional business units to deliver tailored HR solutions-including talent sourcing, career development, and engagement-that directly support operational goals.
Execute seamless employee lifecycle management by bridging the gap between overarching HR practices and specific business needs.
KRA :
- Operational Excellence & Lifecycle Management: Overseeing end-to-end employee processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and data integrity.
- Strategic Talent Management & L&D: Driving organizational growth through robust talent identification, performance management, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a strategic consultant to business units to align HR strategies with commercial goals and foster transparent internal communication.
- Regulatory Integrity & Industrial Relations: Ensuring 100% adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements while maintaining harmonious workplace relationships.
