Job Scope:

The Regional HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring legal compliance, and managing relationships with external partners and vendors. This role will also focus on enhancing employee engagement, driving talent development, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:


- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.

- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.

- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, contract labour regulations, and applicable state acts.

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labour and HR issues.

- Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.

- Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labour office interactions.

- Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.

Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or Manufacturing sectors.

Qualification:

- Any UG/PG Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong expertise in vendor management and statutory compliance.

- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships across functions and with external stakeholders.

- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
