A leading FMCG company is hiring a Regional HRBP based at Mumbai. The role will partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner for regional business teams

- Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning & capability building

- Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation

- Partner with leadership on organization restructuring and change management

- Analyze HR metrics and drive people effectiveness initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from premier institutes preferred

- 7+ years of HRBP experience with FMCG/FMCD/Consumer businesses

- Strong exposure to regional/multi-location workforce management

- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capability

- Strong understanding of HR analytics, talent management, and labor compliance
