Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to lead and manage the overall performance of the region, including P&L ownership, regional expansion, and operational excellence across the beauty and wellness vertical.

The role requires driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring consistent service quality across centers.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management & Business Growth

- Own and manage the complete regional P&L, driving revenue growth and EBITDA performance.

- Identify opportunities to expand services, products, and revenue streams across the region.

- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

Regional Expansion & Center Operations

- Lead regional expansion initiatives, including identification and launch of new centers.

- Ensure infrastructure readiness, operational setup, and compliance standards for new and existing centers.

- Oversee audits and ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, SOP implementation, and quality standards.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

- Drive regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.

- Build and manage corporate partnerships and tie-ups to strengthen business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to refine growth strategies.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure smooth functioning of operations across all centers within the region.

- Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer experience.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

- Lead and develop regional teams to drive performance and operational excellence.

- Focus on talent development, productivity improvement, and attrition management.

- Build a high-performing team culture aligned with organizational goals.

Governance & Reporting

- Establish strong MIS governance and reporting frameworks to track business performance.

- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement corrective actions when required.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to corporate leadership on regional performance and growth opportunities.
