Designation - Regional Head North.

Employment Type - Full Time.

Base Location - Noida.

Reporting to- Chief Distribution Officer.

Department - Distribution Commercial.

- The Regional Head - Corporate Commercial Business will be responsible for achieving regional business targets across commercial lines through effective broker, intermediary, and client management.

- The role involves driving new business acquisition and renewals, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong market presence.

- The person will lead and develop a regional team, fostering a performance-oriented culture focused on growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Deliverable:

Area Responsibilities:

Revenue & Growth.

- Meet or exceed monthly & annual business targets across all assigned lines of business.

- Drive new business acquisition through brokers and intermediaries while ensuring high renewal rates.

- Broker/Intermediary Management.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, intermediaries ensure renewals are managed proactively.

- Identify, approach and activate new brokers and intermediaries to increase market reach and penetration.

- Client Engagement & Market Presence.

- Meet clients regularly to build and sustain market presence.

- Represent the company in market forums, industry events to enhance visibility.

- Team Management The incumbent will lead and develop a regional team, developing a performance-driven culture focused on growth and accountability.

- Service & Delivery.

- Ensure delivery standards (TATs) are met as per distribution/service guidelines.

- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourced business.

- Operational and Reporting Excellence.

- Maintain accurate reports & dashboards as per company guidelines.

- Ensure that all new business is correctly booked; handle all coinsurance/reinsurance coordination and payments.

- Compliance and Accuracy.

- Ensure sourced business adheres to policy, regulation, internal audit requirements.

- Ensure documentation, endorsements, proposals etc, are captured correctly and in time.

Candidate Profile / Requirements.

Qualification Details.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years in insurance sales / marketing, with at least 8 years covering the NCR market.

- Experience should include working with insurance companies or key brokers in the corporate commercial lines (Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, Workmen's Comp, Employee Benefit etc.

- Team Management experience is added advantage.
