Role purpose

The role manages end to end financial operations at the circle level, ensuring budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting in line with policies and business objectives. It focuses on Capex and Opex management, governance, and providing financial insights to drive circle performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurate and timely financial closure with balance sheet integrity

- Delivery of circle financial performance in line with AOP commitments

- Identification and elimination of financial wastag

- Optimization of free cash flow and working capital

- Collaborate with Sales and Collections to improve cash collection timelines and reduce days sales outstanding

- Compliance, assurance, and control effectiveness

- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors to provide supporting documentation and close audit observations

- Track PSAT and CSAT for finance services and address stakeholder feedback through process or service improvements

- Team Leadership and Capability Development

- Build, mentor, and develop the Circle Finance team to strengthen operational capabilities and delivery performance
