Qualification: B.Sc (Science) / B.Pharma
Required: Derma background + Good communication (English & local language)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager to lead and grow our business in the Ghaziabad region. The ideal candidate will manage a high-performing sales team, drive strategy execution, and ensure achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, mentor, and train the regional sales team
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and customer engagement activities
- Coordinate promotional events, launches, conferences, and marketing programs
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers & channel partners
- Ensure timely collection of payments, documents, and reports
- Track competitor activities and share insights with Head Office
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of pharma sales experience
- Mandatory Dermatology (Derma) segment experience
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Ability to execute field strategies and drive performance
