Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) division with a focus on fly ashbased concrete. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end setup, operations, and optimization of RMC plants, including batching plants, with expertise in both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plant Setup & Project Execution :

- Lead the establishment of RMC units including batching plants from concept to commissioning

- Execute both greenfield and brownfield projects efficiently

- Oversee plant layout, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning

- Ensure optimal plant capacity utilization and scalability

2. Raw Material Planning & Optimization :

- Determine accurate mix designs and raw material requirements (cement, fly ash, aggregates, admixtures)

- Ensure proper sourcing, storage, and inventory control of raw materials

- Optimize cost and quality through effective material planning and usage

3. Operations & Production Management :

- Manage daily operations of batching plants and RMC production

- Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery timelines

- Implement best practices for productivity, safety, and efficiency

4. Quality Control & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications for fly ashbased concrete

- Monitor quality assurance processes, lab testing, and mix design validation

- Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines

5. Team Leadership :

- Build and lead a high-performing operations and technical team

- Train and mentor plant staff and engineers

- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including project, procurement, and finance teams

Key Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)

- 15+ years of experience in RMC industry with leadership exposure

- Proven experience in setting up RMC plants and batching plants

- Strong expertise in fly ash utilization and mix design

- Hands-on experience in both greenfield and brownfield project execution

- In-depth knowledge of raw material planning, plant operations, and quality standards

- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of sustainability practices in concrete production

- Familiarity with ERP systems and plant automation

- Strong analytical and cost optimization capabilities

Important Note :

Experience in RMC using Ash / Fly Ash is mandatory. Profiles without relevant experience will not be considered.
