About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Manager - Corporate Initiatives (Strategic Content & Automation) to support the organization's strategic growth initiatives by driving corporate communications, marketing, digital content, and business automation projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of business strategy, communication, and technology orientation, with experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, IT automation, or related industries.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to enhance the company's market positioning, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Corporate Communications

- Develop and manage high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, corporate profiles, case studies, digital content, and communication materials.

- Create compelling business presentations, proposal decks, and executive-level communication for customers, partners, investors, and leadership.

- Support branding and positioning initiatives across multiple business verticals.

- Coordinate and execute industry events, conferences, exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and outreach initiatives.

- Assist in developing corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

Corporate & Investor Communications

- Support listed-company communication requirements, including Board presentations, investor presentations, annual reports, management reports, and strategic documents.

- Prepare executive summaries, business reports, and presentations for senior management.

- Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across internal and external communication channels.

Business Automation & Control Centre

- Drive the establishment of a centralized business control centre for monitoring key operational and business metrics.

- Identify opportunities to automate business processes across logistics, operations, commercial, and support functions.

- Work closely with IT, digital transformation, and business teams to implement automation initiatives and dashboards.

- Support the implementation of workflow automation, process digitization, MIS reporting, and business intelligence tools.

- Monitor automation projects to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with business, operations, IT, finance, and leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives.

- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, technology partners, and vendors wherever required.

- Support special projects assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 Business School.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.

- 3-6 years of post-MBA experience in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Corporate Communications, or Business Automation.

- Mandatory experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, IT Automation, Technology Services, or related industries.

- Exposure to digital transformation, workflow automation, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or control tower solutions will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong business communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.

- Experience in preparing board-level and executive presentations.

- Understanding of marketing communications and corporate branding.

- Knowledge of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

- Familiarity with automation tools, ERP platforms, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions is desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
