Job purpose:

The role of Finance consultant is to ensure proper study of the rebate programs, review, account and highlight rebate opportunities to Business team.

Requirements:

- Excellent in Written & Oral communication

- Financial Planning & Analysis & MIS

- Knowledge of SAP

- CA Qualified

Roles & Responsibility:

- Understanding of Rebate programs and incentive letters from Vendors

- Follow-up and obtain copies of programs from BO/Vendor whenever required

- Periodical tracking and monitoring of programs and update performance to BU heads

- Maintenance of data in shared folders (debit notes, credit notes, pending rebates, etc)

- Raising debit notes / invoice with Vendors (marketing development fund, sellout & sell-in rebate, price protection, etc)

- Claim computation during end of program period and submission of claim with Vendors on time with 100% accuracy

- Follow-up with Vendors for payout / CN's

- Preparation of product group gross margin report (MIS report)

- Passing of necessary entries in SAP and subsequent allocations

- Reconciliation of both data (RGF & Vendor) with final payout and escalate in case of any discrepancy

- Age analysis of receivables and follow-up for payout

- Preparation of schedule of receivables for audit review
