We are looking for a General Manager - Marketing Operations who will serve as the central orchestrator of our marketing function. This role goes far beyond operational oversightit's about building scalable systems, driving data-led decision-making, and enabling the marketing organization to execute with speed, clarity, and impact.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate vision into actionable plans, enhance team productivity, and ensure every campaign, project, and initiative is executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Enablement:

- Translate marketing goals into operational frameworks, execution roadmaps, and clear action plans.

- Build scalable systems that drive agility, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.

- Serve as the strategic bridge between leadership vision and ground-level execution.

2. Operational Governance & Excellence:

- Establish governance mechanisms such as ops reviews, KPI tracking, quality checks, and structured performance rhythms.

- Drive operational discipline across Acquisition, Branding, Projects, and Engagement teams.

- Ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives with quarterly and annual business priorities.

3. Data Intelligence & Decision Support:

- Build a unified view of marketing performance across funnels, brand metrics, and ROI.

- Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights- not just dashboards.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly strategic review packs for leadership.

- Use data to forecast performance, surface risks, and guide strategic decisions.

4. Process Innovation & Efficiency:

- Design end-to-end campaign workflows, briefing templates, and reporting frameworks.

- Identify friction points and implement automation, tool adoption, and process redesign.

- Own the Marketing Master Calendar to ensure visibility, alignment, and accountability across teams.

5. Leadership & Team Enablement:

- Act as the first point of support and escalation for team leads.

- Mentor managers on prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective communication.

- Drive cross-learning, capability building, and knowledge-sharing across marketing verticals.

6. Strategic & High-Impact Projects:

- Lead mission-critical initiatives including CRM migrations, Martech integrations, website revamps, and GTM enablement projects.

- Evaluate and implement new tools, vendors, and processes to enhance marketing scalability and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You will thrive in this role if you bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and people leadership.

- 710 years of experience in Marketing Operations, B2B Marketing, Performance/Growth Marketing, or similar domains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional workflows and operations.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, automation tools, project management platforms, and reporting systems.

- High ownership mindset, structured thinker, and strong bias for action.
