Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Consultant - Pharma & Healthcare
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office, 5 days a week)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Consultant to join our Pharma & Healthcare practice. The role requires strong industry understanding, hands-on recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring cycles while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma, Lifesciences, Biotech & Healthcare clients - from requirement gathering to offer closure.
- Build strong understanding of functional roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, - Regulatory, Commercial & Leadership hiring within the sector.
- Source and assess candidates using advanced tools, databases, professional networks, and social platforms.
- Deliver consistently on client mandates while ensuring quality, TAT, and alignment to business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring stakeholder management and repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor hiring progress and share updates with clients & internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development, client presentations, and proposal discussions when required.
- Stay updated on Pharma & Healthcare industry trends to add value in client conversations and candidate evaluations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Pharma / Lifesciences / Healthcare recruitment (consulting or search firm background preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of pharma functions and role requirements from a recruiter's perspective.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Excel & MIS reporting for creating recruitment dashboards and performance trackers.
- Proven track record in client delivery, stakeholder management, and closing senior/mid-level mandates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Open to work from office (Andheri East, Mumbai), 5 days a week.
