What You Will Do:

- Manage finance portfolios across corporates, BFSI, startups, and global capability centres.

- Drive your development strategy to grow client and candidate relationships.

- Identify and present senior finance talent to CFOs and finance leadership teams.

- Consult clients on finance organisational structure, succession planning, and hiring strategy.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance roles from mid-level to CFO level.

- Become a market expert in finance hiring with strong BD and stakeholder capability.

Practice Requirement:

Understanding of finance roles such as FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Audit, Commercial Finance, and Finance Leadership.
