Ensure that these relationships lead to additional business through regular new client contact and existing account management  - Engage directly or indirectly with the top leadership/management of companies through execution of mandates  - Independently execute mandates with the help of the research team. This would entail working with a team to map out the probable candidate, assess fitment to the role as against the client talent requirement. Filtering and selection of talent through a structured interview process  - Present detailed assessment reports to validate recommendations made to the client  - Candidate preparation and guidance through the executive search process  - Adaptability to leverage technology so as to be in touch with his/her client, team virtually on demand  - Industry knowledge of at least 2 if not more domains would be essential for the role  - Ability to strike deep relationships with key stakeholders- both internal and external would be important for success  Professionals and especially those from diverse industry experience would be comprehensively trained on business processes, search methodology, consultative approach towards client management and related skills necessary to carry out the responsibility.
