Description: We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment consultant, to make it possible by implementing a sound recruitment strategy. Were looking for someone who has a natural flair for forming meaningful and professional connections with people and the skills to weed out the candidates from the diverse talent pool.
Objectives of the role:
- Use HR systems to refine the recruitment process by diving head-first into building effective strategies
- Comply with national, local and company-wide policies as a job consultant
- Source, identify, and employ the right candidates for the job as a job search consultant
- Bridge the gaps between the employer and employee through effective communication and strategies.
Your tasks:
- Partake in in-person and phone interviews
- Gauge the skills of the candidate and give relevant feedback to the hiring managers
- Be adept at all the new recruitment channels on an international scale, as a global recruitment consultant
- Manage recruitment records and data accurately and ensure the timely updating of the same
- Respond to job inquiries and perform the communication tasks that come with the recruitment consultant position
Required skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and national and company-wide regulations
- Working knowledge of MS Office and common HR tools/software
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of Indian labour market, and labour laws
- Hands-on knowledge of current job board and recruitment trends
