Recruitment Consultant - TEPS Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused recruitment firm and we are aggressively growing our Edge People Solutions (EPS) recruitment team as a result of very strong market demand. Our presence is in 7 offices across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Singapore. The Edge People Solutions, part of The Edge Partnership, supports high volume hiring campaigns, turnkey hiring projects and organizations that are looking to operate within a specific budget or require a tailored recruitment solution. Different budgets, different circumstances and different desired outcomes require different approaches. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Constructively handling volume/bulk hiring projects. - Coordinating with hiring managers to determine and understand client requirements, effectively create hiring strategies and deliver new hires. - Identify necessary key skills and create suitable job description. - Responsible to understand current market trend and talent availability. - Manage and monitor recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, screening, pipeline development to on boarding. - Ensure you have created a strong talent pool through Colleges, Institutions, social media, referral programs and industry contacts. - Follow consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices and creating a strong candidate experience. - Determining and prioritizing multiple mandates. - Maintaining candidate database on timely basis.
