You will be responsible for . 1. Manage all strategic as well as operational legal matters of a SEZ Unit (contracting, negotiations, compliance with applicable laws etc.) 2. Provide general legal advice, and contract drafting, negotiation and finalization support to various functions. 3. Handling any other matter as may be assigned from time to time. You can demonstrate these competencies. 1. Interpersonal skills, intelligence, and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and cogent manner are the most important qualifications. 2. Minimum of 3 years' experience working with a major corporate or law firm 3. Other requirements for this position include: - Experience in commercial transactions in the IT industry is a plus. - Quick thinking, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external senior management, solving problems on a real-time basis - Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously - Demonstrated negotiation skills. - Strong contract drafting skills. - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong desire to learn the business and function smoothly as part of an interdisciplinary team - Hands-on orientation and ability to work independently - Ability to function with a minimum of administrative support Who will you work with?
