Key Requirements - Customer obsession immersing oneself in their needs, converting their views into insights and insights into business plan/ actionables - Self-starter and hustling attitude: Ability to move the entire organization constructively in order to make things happen - Work experience: Atleast 1.5 to 2 years of core brand management experience in large FMCG companies, covering the above mentioned aspects, is a must.
