
The role reports to Group Head Talent, Learning, and OD and is based in Thane and is an individual contributor role. The role involves design and deployment of key talent and learning practices.
Following are the indicative responsibilities:
Talent
- Implement the talent philosophy for the Group
- Identify talent cohorts across bands through performance and assessment methodology
- On-board learning partners to bridge skill gaps
- Closely monitor and track learning transfer, learning implementation, and action learning projects
- Strengthen the succession cover for critical roles in different Group companies
- Closely work with potential successors to identify and close learning gaps mostly through on-the-job experience
- Work with business to anchor 360-feedback with creation of IDPs and closure of gaps for potential successors and critical role holders
Learning
- Hands on expertise in defining functional skills and mapping interventions to bridge skill gaps
- Evaluate ROI of all programs / learning interventions
- Closely track skill gap improvement for hi-pots, critical talent, and potential successors
Experience
- Ideally 10-11 yrs. of related experience post qualification (e.g., PDGBM, MBA)
- Hogan certification is desirable but not mandatory
