Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to head the Industrial Sales division for tools and hardware. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise demand generation, lead nationwide industrial sales initiatives, manage channel partners, and expand business across manufacturing and engineering segments. This role requires strong domain expertise, technical knowledge of industrial tools, and proven leadership in B2B industrial markets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the entire Industrial Sales function across regions with a focus on enterprise-level B2B revenue growth.


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.


- Manage channel partners, distributors, and industrial accounts to deepen market penetration.


- Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturing units, engineering clients, and industrial buyers.


- Provide technical guidance to clients on product applications, usage, and performance benefits.


- Drive sales for industrial tools such as tungsten carbide rotary burrs, annular cutters, HSS drills, taps, tool bits, and related hardware.


- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.


- Lead a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.


- Collaborate with product management, application engineering, and marketing teams to support customer requirements.


- Represent the company at industrial expos, trade fairs, and client demonstrations.


- Ensure strong customer engagement, issue resolution, and retention strategies.


- Drive CRM usage, pipeline management, and demand forecasting for accurate business planning.


- Report sales performance, achievements, and market updates to senior leadership.


Key Result Areas (KRAs):


- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.


- Expansion of industrial customer base and strategic accounts.


- Strengthening distributor and dealer performance across regions.


- Improved market share in targeted product categories and segments.


- Successful execution of enterprise demand generation initiatives.

Skillsets Required:


- Strong expertise in industrial B2B sales, tools, hardware, and technical product selling.


- Deep technical understanding of product applications, machining processes, and industrial manufacturing.


- Knowledge of cutting tools, tungsten carbide rotary burrs, annular cutters, tool bits, HSS tools, taps, and similar products.


- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.


- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.


- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and customer handling abilities.


- Strong analytical skills for market mapping, forecasting, and competitor assessment.


- Comfort with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools.


- High drive, target orientation, and ability to thrive in fast-paced industrial environments.
