AAC Plant Head Job Role:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.

- Managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products and quality control.

- Supervising a team of production staff including labours, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Implementing cost-saving measures and improving operational efficiency to increase cost to sales margin.

- Liaising with sales team, suppliers and logistics partners to manage inventory and distribution.

Skills & Involvement:

- Mechanical Proficiency: 100%.

- QC Related: 50%-70%.

- Production Related: 100%.

- Sales involvement: 5%-10%.

- Electrical: Able to get the work done by existing team.

- Costing & MIS: 100% should be able to discuss with management on MIS & reduce the production cost.

- Development to reduce manpower & increase automation.
